组长简介:
    任玉龙,副研究员,硕士生导师,亚洲城首批“所级后备人才”ㄍ。2002年9月至2006年6月在山西大学生命科学与技术学院生物技术专业学习,获理学学士学位;2006年9月至2013年6月在南京农业大学农学院遗传学专业攻读理学博士学位;曾于2011年9月-11月在香港中文大学生科院进行访问研究;2013年7月至今在ca88-亚洲城官网工作,先后担任助理研究员、副研究员ㄍ。
研究方向:
    水稻分子遗传学ㄍ。主要通过正向遗传学和反向遗传学相结合的研究手段分离克隆农作物贮藏蛋白合成及分选相关的关键基因并深入研究其功能,解析蛋白品质性状形成的分子机制,为稻米蛋白品质的分子改良提供理论、基因和材料支撑ㄍ。
主要贡献:
    作为主要完成人,建立了基于外观品质和细胞学特性的水稻贮藏蛋白分选缺陷突变体的规模化筛选和鉴定体系;在细胞、生化和遗传层面证实了OsGPA3蛋白与OsVPS9a和OsRab5a蛋白协同调控致密囊泡介导的水稻贮藏蛋白的后高尔基体转运ㄍ。截止2016年8月,以第一作者、共同第一作者或共同通讯作者身份在Plant Cell、Molecular Plant、New Phytologist、Plant Biotechnology Journal和Plant Physiology等杂志发表SCI论文14篇,累计影响因子71.023;以主要参与作者身份在Nature、Science等杂志发表SCI论文32篇ㄍ。
